Customs and Taxation

1.Risk warning:

For the products purchased on behalf of others, the system will provide risk alerts for your products during order submission and review. After the goods are sent to our warehouse, our company will recommend a lower risk shipping method based on the properties of the goods and logistics transportation experience.

Kind reminder: For some products, there may inevitably be certain customs risks (such as less likely returns, fines, taxes, etc.), which will be borne by you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

2.Declaration related:

For the goods purchased on behalf of others, please refer to the tariff threshold and logistics transportation experience of various countries for reasonable declaration (users can choose to declare the goods independently or declare vaguely when submitting packages).

Kind reminder: The probability of packages being taxed depends on the frequency of customs inspections and the impact of policies. Please refer to the "tariff threshold points for different countries" for details. Customs related risks (such as returning packages, fines, tax payments, etc.) will be borne by you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In addition, if your product is heavy or has a high value, it will increase the probability of customs inspection. We suggest that you try to avoid situations where the package is too heavy or there are too many similar products.

Q::Explanation of Tax Reform for the UK and EU Countries in "Reference for Tariff Thresholds of Various Countries"

A:Since the implementation of the tax reform policies in the UK and the EU, the customs taxation mechanism for cross-border parcels has been adjusted. Please pay close attention to the following when submitting your parcel declaration:

Cancellation of Tax Exemption Threshold (Zero Threshold): The UK and the EU have completely abolished the previous tax exemption policy for low-value import parcels (such as the €22 threshold in the EU). Currently, all goods imported into the UK and the EU are subject to Value Added Tax (VAT), regardless of their value.

Tax Calculation & Declaration:

Parcel Value ≤ €150 (£135 for the UK): These are classified as low-value parcels. Generally, when you place an order or submit a parcel on our platform, the system will collect the VAT in accordance with the law. This usually allows for faster customs clearance and reduces the risk of the parcel being held by customs.

Parcel Value > €150 (£135 for the UK): These are classified as high-value parcels. In addition to VAT, customs may also levy Customs Duty. These parcels carry a higher probability of being inspected and taxed by customs.

Our Recommendations:

Control Parcel Weight and Volume: If your package is heavy, has a high value, or contains too many identical items, the likelihood of customs inspection will increase significantly. We highly recommend splitting your items into multiple smaller parcels to spread and minimize the risk.

Risk Reminder: The probability of a parcel being taxed or inspected depends entirely on the inspection frequency of the local customs. Any risks arising from the tax reform—including customs clearance delays, tax payments, fines, or parcel returns—must be fully borne by you (the recipient). Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
